Still out of stationary, hope somebody who’s not quarantined will get me some at the P. X. Got a haircut finally, by one of the fellows in another barracks. He cut a lot off, but it was cheap (35¢)/ We can’t even get to the regular barber, but we can go to the Day room (Rec. room) and play ping-pong or read magazines and write letters. It’s still cool and will probably rain soon, as I can hear thunder. I found out that after our basic, no matter what branch of the army we’re assigned (infantry, artillery or T.D)- if we are- we will still be communications men. Our training sound very interesting and I’m looking forward to tomorrow when it starts.
