Dear Mom, Dad and Paulie,
I feel much better this morning, my stomach is quieting down and I actually ate eggs and toast for breakfast. Last nite instead of waking me up at 9, 12, 3 and 6 and giving me 8 pills, I was rudely interrupted at 10 and had 17 pills forced down. Then again at 6 for 15 more of those disgusting things. It may be a good idea to help me sleep but I think they’re slightly overdoing it.
The private room is OK, especially at night, when I like it dark.
Yesterday I received a swell drawing tablet and 3 pencils from the Osers. Please thank them for me. I’ll answer myself but it may take a few days. O YES Thanks for the dollar.
I believe the name of the magazine in which I may have my picture is “American Journal of Nursing.” I’ll find out if the article and picture have been published.
Well, it finally happened. My clipper ship fell off the table and now looks like the wreck of the Hesperus. I don’t know whether it’s worth it or not to fix it, then continue with all the rigging.
Well, I guess that’s all,
