The food situation has decidedly taken a turn for the better. Thank God!
Got a letter today dated the 21st. Pretty good time considered it had to be forwarded.
Saw Ed. G. Robinson in “The woman in the Window” this afternoon and like it so much that I saw it again tonite. You must see it, especially Dad, for it’s the best thriller with the most suspense I ever saw.
I’ve made a very good friend of a fellow my age from Washington D. C. We get along fine together-both like the same kind of jokes, and fun. He went to Duke for 2 yrs.
